Your Starter Pack contains two 6″ Mini pads for lightest ‘spotting’ days, two 8″ Regular pads for average flow days, and a thick 11″ Maxi pad for heavy days, as well as some other surprise goodies, including the HYF menstrual cycle fridge magnet. Each Starter Pack also comes with a fleece Carry pouch and a Small coloured Wash Bag, so you really do have all the kit! It’s just to get you started.
