(Hons) Kriminologie-grade en doseer op ad hoc basis by die Regsfakulteit Universiteit van Pretoria. Die keuse om haar vier kinders voltyds groot te maak skep die geleentheid vir ‘n jarelange droom om te skryf. Sy publiseer kinderboeke en ‘n roman: Poorte. Sy rig hoërskool swemmers smiddae af. Swem in die Coetzenburg swembad in Stellenbosch, haar tuisdorp, word weer ‘n gelukkige ruimte weg van die trauma van ‘n onlangse egskeiding. (Honns) Criminology and she was an ad hoc Law Lecturer at the University of Pretoria. The choice to raise her four children full time created the opportunity to realise a dream of writing. She pubished Afrikaans children’s books and a novel: Poorte. She coached high school swimmers in the afternoons. Recently managing the trauma of a blindsided divorce she found the Coertzenburg pool in Stellenbosch, her home town, apart from writing and her children, a happy place.
